Alliance Bus Lines # 5202

The Gillig, model 426-13, was donated to the PBM in December of 2009. Alliance Bus Lines #5202 was originally delivered new to the Los Angeles Unified School District in 1977. In the 1980's it was acquired by Alliance where it remained in service until 2009.

Manufacturer: Gillig Corporation, Hayward CA

Model: 426-13  Serial: E4327  Year: 1977

Powertrain: GM 6V-71 Diesel engine with a 5 speed mechanical transmission

Length: 36 ft., Width 96 in.

Body: Steel  Seating capacity: 56 passengers - Middle/High School student seating.

Current Status:

Coach # 5202 is operable and is stored at the PBM's yard in Fremont CA.
