Sacramento Transit Authority 128

Click for larger imageOriginally delivered new to the Sacramento Transit Authority (STA) in Sacramento, CA in 1958, #128 was part of a group of 5 TDH4512s (#126-130) with gearing for highway use. Unitrans, the campus transit system for the University of California, Davis acquired the #128 along with several other STA TDH4512s around 1980 where it became #4507 in the Unitrans fleet. The PBM acquired the bus from Unitrans in 1997 for a proposed PBM - Niles Canyon Railway bus service. Because of its good physical and mechanical condition the bus has needed only routine maintenance and some minor repairs.
