On Saturday, March 8th, members Tim Swank, Tom Shafer, and Mitch Roberts drove to Stockton in the 1952 Crown to display in the CASTO (California Association of School Transportation Officials) Northern CA Roadeo. This annual event tests the skills of drivers from all over Northern CA, and the winners went to the championship in Sacramento. PBM member Don Lewis also traveled to the event to help out. We handed out information on the club and signed up 4 new members!

The Crown performed flawlessly, and many CASTO members took a look around and inside the bus, reminiscing about driving old Crowns and Gilligs. The times are changing, as there were only 2 Crowns and 2 Gilligs at the event.
